Meet Our Board

PFLAG Lebanon/Warren County Board members are dedicated volunteers with strong ties to the LGBTQ+ community — as LGBTQ+ individuals, family members, and allies — all united in our mission to create a more caring, just, and affirming world.

President: Bri Marcum (she/her)

As a devoted mom and lifelong advocate, Bri brings a heart-centered approach to everything she does. Whether she is serving as the President of PFLAG Lebanon/Warren County or coordinating vibrant local events as the Social Chair for Lebanon Pride, her mission is always the same: building a community where everyone feels they belong. This same passion for people defines her philanthropic work, from her time volunteering with the Lebanon Food Pantry to her commitment to ensuring that families across the region have the support and advocacy they need to grow and thrive.

Roles & Responsibilities

Vice President: Jennifer Boudrye (she/her)

Jennifer moved to Ohio in 2024 and serves as Vice President of PFLAG Lebanon/Warren County. As a parent of three adult children — including one pansexual child and one bisexual child — and a bonus mom to a trans son, her connection to the LGBTQ+ community is both personal and deeply meaningful.

Jennifer is the founder of Queer Allyship, where she coaches parents of queer children and provides training to help individuals and organizations become more informed, compassionate allies. With more than 20 years of experience in education leadership, including serving as Director of Libraries for DC Public Schools, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role. She joined PFLAG to support families navigating new understanding and to help make Warren County a more welcoming and affirming place for all.

Roles & Responsibilities

Secretary: Niki Wise (she/her)

Niki Wise has lived in Warren County for six years and serves as Secretary on the Board of PFLAG Lebanon/Warren County. Her personal connection to the LGBTQ+ community has inspired her to become involved in advocating for and supporting the community. Niki is hopes to make Warren County a more welcoming and inclusive place for all families.

This is Steve’s first role in community involvement, driven by a deep desire to support and uplift others on their journeys.
